We currently ship to the following regions:
- North America: United States, Canada (5-10 business days)
- Europe: UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy (7-14 business days)
- Asia-Pacific: Australia, Japan, Singapore (10-18 business days)

Prohibited Countries
Due to export regulations and shipping restrictions, we cannot deliver to:
- Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions (Ukraine)
- North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba
- Russia, Belarus
- Mainland China (due to cross-border e-commerce regulations)
Carbon Footprint Disclosure
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. Average shipping emissions per order:
- Standard Shipping: 0.85 kg CO2e
- Express Shipping: 1.45 kg CO2e
- Priority Shipping: 2.10 kg CO2e
We offset 100% of shipping emissions through verified carbon credit programs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your package at My Account or through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or full refund.
